  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time so we can start on time. If you are late, the treatment will be shortened by the number of minutes you are late, but full payment is still required. This ensures we have enough time for the next client.
  • Please be aware of contraindications such as severe skin conditions, acute infections, fever, recent surgeries, or an increased risk of blood clots. We do not make medical diagnoses or treat specific conditions, but we need to be informed of any medical indications and medication use. If you are unsure about the safety of a massage, please consult your healthcare provider.
  • We offer treatments to support the well-being and relaxation of children, with their safety and comfort always being a priority. Although we strive to provide a relaxing and insightful experience, we are not trained to make or treat medical or psychological diagnoses. For this, we will always refer the child to a specialist.
  • We expect all our clients to exhibit respectful behavior towards our therapists. Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated during our treatments. In return, we respect the privacy of our clients and adhere to professional and caring treatment standards. Our therapists will always cover you with towels or sheets, only exposing the parts of the body that are being massaged at that time.
  • For the health of our masseurs, we kindly ask you to cancel your appointment in a timely manner if you have contagious conditions or viruses.
  • Do you need to cancel? Please be aware of the cancellation fees through our booking system. Cancel in time to avoid extra costs and to ensure our staff are not left unexpectedly without work.
